The Visionair is conceived for applications where security, air circulation and a certain level of visibility are required. It distinguishes itself by its design. Its full-height, perforated panels combine the strength of metal with good-looking protection. It is ideal for applications where you want to prevent “reach through” burglaries and vandalism. CONSTRUCTION
Top and bottom of curtain shall be framed by continuous extruded aluminium hinged panels. Top panels to be 6’’ (152mm) by 4’’ (102mm), and 6’’ (152mm) by 2’’ (51mm) minimum at bottom. There shall be at least one row of 6’’ (152mm) by 1.’’ (38mm) panels at center of curtain. Panels shall be connected to the one-piece vertical hinge sections. 6’’ (152mm) wide by 1/16’’ (1.5 mm) thick perforated aluminium panels 3/16’’ at 1/4’’ c.c. (4.5 mm at 6 mm c.c.) of appropriate height shall be cushioned by specially designed vinyl retainers connecting to the one-piece vertical hinge sections. Closure shall be suspended from the extruded aluminium top track by steel rods connected to molded nylontired ball bearing roller assemblies. The edges of the curtain shall be connected to 1.” (32mm) by 2.” (57mm) extruded aluminium vertical members. Intermediate members shall be incorporated into curtain at 10’0’’ (305cm) spacing.

TRACK
To be of extruded aluminum 35mm wide by 38mm high. Curved track shall be supplied with a 254mm standard radius. Curves of 356mm or special radius are available on request.
LOCKS
Cylinder and lock assemblies shall be of good quality ensuring trouble free operation. Master key systems to be supplied by others. Dust proof floor sockets shall be supplied as required.
EGRESS DOOR
Shall be incorporated into closure curtain. Operable with interior thumb-turn, panels shall swing outward.
FINISH
Anodized: clear, gold or black.
Duracron enamels: light bronze 26, medium bronze 28, dark bronze 40, black or white. Special colour match on request.
